Miley Cyrus, the star of Disney television series, Hannah Montana has released the "Start All Over" single August of 2008.  The music video revolves in a continuous dream where Miley sings while exploring the  street that is in the midst of carnival-like festivities which includes a man walking on stilts, dancers, and bmx'ers performing stunts concluding with Miley Cyrus performing on a stage with a band. The video appears to be filmed as one continuous shot. When she wakes up, there is a picture of the man in stilts on her bedside table.
