Hannah Montana Star, Miley Cyrus Pictures and Infos

Miley Ray Cyrus with real name Destiny Hope Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee. Her parents believed that she would accomplish great things that's why they named her Destiny Hope. The Cyrus' called her "Smiley", because she kept on smiling when she was a baby and later shortened to "Miley". She was a cheerleader while at Heritage Middle School. She started her acting career when she was 9 with minor roles. In the first television series she appeared in was Doc where she played as a girl named Kylie. When she was 12 she got a lead role in a Disney Channel TV show, “Best friend” where she played a secret pop star. In 2006 Hannah Montana aired in the US and on March 2010 Disney Channel plans to air it's 4th and final season. As the secret star Hannah Montana became popular to kids and teens, Miley's recording career also became successful. In 2006 she released the first Hannah Montana soundtrack which became very successful and debuted at No.1 on the US Billboard 200. Among her hit songs are: "See You Again", "The Climb", "Party in the U.S.A." "We Belong to the Music", "The Best of Both Worlds", "I Thought I Lost You" and many many more.
